Subscription Orders

You can cancel your UNFLTRD. subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any future recurring orders can still be cancelled at any time.

How to Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are processed shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Refunds

Subscription and one-time orders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If you’re eligible for a return, refunds will be processed in accordance with that policy.
