At UNFLTRD., we want you to feel confident trying our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’ve opened 3 sachets or fewer from your bag and you’re not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the product purchase price.

To be eligible for a return:

Your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
No more than 3 sachets may have been opened.
The remaining sachets must be returned in their original packaging.
The product must not be damaged beyond normal inspection.

Discovery Packs

Discovery Packs are eligible for return under the same policy, provided no more than 3 sachets have been opened and the remaining sachets are returned.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

Drink Bottles
Recovery Towels

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@unfltrdwellness.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your order back.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
