1. The Promotion

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Promoter is 888 Wellness Pty Ltd (ABN 16 690 492 481) of 203/243 Toorak Road, South Yarra, VIC 3141, trading as UNFLTRD. (“the Promoter”).

1.3 This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means any spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not living in the same household.

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity, age and residency of any entrant. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

3. Promotional Period

3.1 The promotion opens at 7:00pm AEST on 19 August 2026 and closes at 7:00pm AEST on 26 August 2026 (“the Promotional Period”).

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted. The Promoter’s computer records are the official record for the timing of entries.

4. How to Enter

4.1 During the Promotional Period, eligible entrants may earn entries as follows:

4.2 There is no purchase necessary to enter. Entrants may earn entries through the free methods listed above.

4.3 Tagged accounts must be genuine, active Instagram accounts belonging to different individuals. Tagging the same account more than once, tagging non-genuine or bot accounts, or tagging businesses or the entrant’s own account will not earn additional entries.

4.4 Entries earned through the purchase method will be forfeited if the associated order is cancelled or refunded prior to the draw.

4.5 The maximum number of entries any one entrant may accumulate is thirty-five (35).

4.6 Entrants must have completed the email entry form to be included in the draw, as this is how the Promoter contacts the winner.

5. The Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of:

• Three (3) nights’ accommodation at a private villa in Noosa, Queensland, sleeping up to six (6) people, valued at $2,000 AUD
• One (1) RIMOWA Essential Check-In L suitcase in black, valued at $1,850 AUD
• Five (5) UNFLTRD. Discovery Packs, valued at $150 AUD

5.2 The total prize value is $4,000 AUD, based on recommended retail prices at the date these Terms were published. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

5.3 Accommodation conditions: the accommodation component must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the draw date, is subject to availability, and excludes peak periods including but not limited to school holidays, public holiday weekends, Christmas and New Year. Dates must be agreed in advance with the Promoter. Flights, transfers, meals, additional nights and all other travel costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for their own travel insurance.

5.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5.5 If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for an item of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

5.6 RIMOWA is not a sponsor of, and is not associated with, this promotion.

6. The Draw

6.1 The draw will take place at 7:00pm AEST on 27 August 2026 at 203/243 Toorak Road, South Yarra, VIC 3141.

6.2 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

7.1 The winner will be notified by email within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw and announced via the UNFLTRD. Instagram account.

7.2 The winner’s first name and state of residence will be published on the UNFLTRD. Instagram account for a period of at least twenty-eight (28) days from the draw date.

7.3 The winner must respond to the notification email and provide any details reasonably required to claim the prize by 5:00pm AEST on 2 September 2026.

7.4 If the prize remains unclaimed after this time, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 203/243 Toorak Road, South Yarra, VIC 3141 at 7:00pm AEST on 2 September 2026, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Any winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within twenty-four (24) hours and announced via Instagram.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill of the Promoter.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require, subject to any applicable law and any written directions from a regulatory authority.

8.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failure, network outage, or any other issue that may result in an entry not being received or recorded.

8.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights the entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.5 The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the promotion. The Promoter will not use the winner’s image or likeness without their consent.

9. Privacy

9.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting their personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion.

9.2 Entrants who provide their email address will be added to the UNFLTRD. mailing list and may receive marketing communications. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://unfltrdwellness.com/policies/privacy-policy, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting info@unfltrdwellness.com.

10. Platform Disclaimer

10.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. Entrants release these platforms completely in respect of this promotion.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
